Unwind by our private pond. “Le 10, Reflets dans l’Eau” is an upscale, calm and elegant place to stay, offering a rare experience that combines striking architecture with an exceptional natural setting. The ideal setting for a stay with family or friends, in a haven of greenery and quiet.
Our guests enjoy the whole house as well as the garden by the pond. Arrival: the keys are handed to you by your host, Jean-Marc.

In Saint-Clair-de-la-Tour, at the heart of Nord-Isère, Le 10 is just 6 minutes from the A43 (exit 9.1 “La Tour-du-Pin Est”), 40 minutes from Lyon, 35 minutes from Chambéry and Eurexpo Lyon, and 50 minutes from Grenoble and Annecy.

Before your stay
Answers to the questions you may have before your stay.
Is Le 10 a standalone house? : Yes, 127 m² all to yourselves.
How many people can Le 10 accommodate? : Up to 8 people, children included. The 3 bedrooms are complemented by a 160 × 190 cm sofa bed in the living room, allowing for 2 extra guests.
Are children welcome? : Yes. Children are welcome. We do draw your attention to the presence of the pond, the mill race and the pool for very young children, who should remain under the constant supervision of the adults accompanying them. Bookings for unaccompanied minors are not accepted.
Is the pool private? : Yes. The pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying at Le 10.
Is the pool heated? : Yes. The pool is heated and open during the summer season.
Is the garden accessible to guests? : Yes. You can enjoy the whole garden, the terrace, the pond and the outdoor spaces.
Are pets allowed? : No, pets are not allowed at Le 10 – Reflets dans l’Eau.
Can the rooms be set up as single beds? : Yes. Each room can be prepared as a King Size bed or as two 90 × 200 cm twin beds, on request.
Is the property wheelchair accessible? : Unfortunately not. For technical reasons related to the building's layout, the house could not be made wheelchair accessible.
What time can we check in and check out? : Check-in from 3pm to 8pm and check-out from 7am to 11am. These times can exceptionally be adjusted on request in advance and subject to availability.
Can we host a party or event at Le 10? : No. Le 10 is a place for rest, stays and conviviality. Parties, hen/stag parties and other festive events are not permitted.
Can we fish in the pond? : Yes, catch-and-release only. Carp must be returned to the water after fishing.
Can we charge an electric car? : No. Le 10 does not currently have an electric vehicle charging point.
What shops are nearby? : Essential shops can be found in Saint-Clair-de-la-Tour, about 3 km away, and in La Tour-du-Pin, about 6 km away.
